Obtaining an HRPA designation can significantly boost your career. HRPA-certified professionals earn 17% more than their non-certified counterparts and are 29% more likely to be in leadership roles.

Annual dues to join the HRPA vary by registration class and are pro-rated based on the month you join. The registration year starts on June 1 and ends on May 31 of each year. For a detailed list of dues by class, location, and month (including the dues applicable to non-Ontario residents), please see our complete dues information page.

  • Practitioner: $629.64
  • Student: $100
  • Allied Professional: $292.56

Who can Join


Practitioners

Most HR professionals join the HRPA as a practitioner.


Students

If you are enrolled in an HR program on a full-time basis in college or university in Ontario and arnot working full-time, join the HRPA as a student.


Allied Professionals

Join as an allied professional if you are a current member of another self-regulated profession in Ontario.
